Although some facts in the report appear incorrect, its major flaw is that its narrative reflected a strong, albeit subtle, bias against a convention, despite nominally being presented as a balanced, objective report. This bias includes cleverly disparaging a convention by flipping pro and con statements, cherry-picking and highlighting certain testimony, and presenting testimony out of context. And so our voter information guide provides a link to the report, and then you can go beyond that and watch the commissions hearings and listen to the concerns of the public in regard to what they think should change about the Rhode Island constitution. So that\u2019s our job. That\u2019s our primary job. I\u2019ve already voted and I\u2019ve already voted no. And I\u2019m not sure that this system is, the constitutional convention system is appropriate for the day. In fact, it\u2019s gone from most states, if not all states. I think we may have been the last state to hold one in 1986.
