Nee&#8217;s op-ed<\/a> in the <em>Providence Journal<\/em> and the anti-con-con video (see Oct. 30 below) produced by The Coalition for Responsible Government. \u00a0The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ricouncil94.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">home page of Rhode Island Council 94, AFSCME, AFL-CIO<\/a> featured the Reject Question 3 video at the top of its home page on November 4, 2014. \u00a0Rhode Island Council 94, AFSCME, part of the AFL-CIO, describes itself as &#8220;Rhode Island&#8217;s largest public employee union representing more than 10,000 State, City, Town, and School Department employees.&#8221; \u00a0The top news item on the AFSCME website was &#8220;Group opposing constitutional convention releases video warning of threat to civil rights.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>November 1, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Citizens for Responsible Government <a href=\"https:\/\/rhodeisland.concon.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2014-RI-Citizens-for-Responsible-Government-mailer-the-weekend-before-the-election.pdf\">mailer<\/a> to Rhode Island registered voters. The mailer was generally received on the Saturday before the Nov. 4, 2014 election.<\/p>\n<p><a
